It all started by Making Fitness A Priority!

Hello Everyone!  Feels like I have been MIA for awhile now.  Actually this is my first newsletter this year!  To say that I have been up to a lot since my last newsletter would be an understatement.  I ran a marathon, completed my second Worlds Toughest Mudder, opened my own personal training studio, and just finished my first book!  We have a lot to catch up on, but for now I want to tell you about my book.

I’m very excited to share my book with the world.  This book is about helping people overcome all of the obstacles they face that prevent them from making fitness a top priority in their lives.  In this book I share everything I have learned over the past 10+ years as a fitness professional that has helped my clients succeed.  I believe that the people who read it will not only learn how to reach their fitness goals, but also learn how to get long term success in their health and fitness.

My goal is to become a best seller!  In order to pull that off I am going to need your help.  I need reviews!  Reviews are crucial to building my books popularity.  In exchange for a review you get the chance to read my book for free!  If you would like to help me spread the word about my book by giving me a review then I will send you a PDF copy of my book for free!  My book is a quick read.  It is about 20,000 words and contains 15 chapters.  You do not have to read the whole book to give me a great review.  You can just read a couple chapters that stand out to you.  A review does not have to be long.  You can give me a great review by just writing a few sentences.
