What is Be Fit…For Life?
This group is for the health and fitness enthusiast who aspires to develop healthy habits that will improve their quality of life! The “Be Fit…For Life” Community was created by Chad Austin and Dr. Kelly Baltuska. Chad is the owner of Priority Fitness and best selling author of, “Make Fitness A Priority: How to win the fight against your excuses”. Chad has been a leader in the fitness industry since 2003. Kelly is a 2012 graduate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Kelly encourages his patients to take an interest in their health care with a well-rounded and multifaceted approach that includes: healthy dietary habits and supplementation; regular exercise with both cardiovascular and strength training; a full night’s sleep; prayer and/or meditation and chiropractic adjustments.
