For the workout portion of the program, you will get to chose between the gym version (MFAP GYM) or the home workout version (MFAP HOME). In both programs you will be using a very user friendly app, that makes it feel like I’m there with. Each week you will be doing 3 total body resistance training workouts and 2 cardio workouts.
This program is for people who will be doing their workouts at a gym. Workouts will include exercises that use gym equipment. (ex: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Cable Machines, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls etc.)
This program is for people who do not have access to a gym, or don’t have a gym membership. Workouts will include body weight exercises and inexpensive home exercise equipment. (ex: Stability Balls, resistance bands..etc.)
